Responsibilities:

• Diagnostic, repair, and service on all makes of cars and light trucks
• Respond to customer needs in a positive, supportive, and timely manner
• Assist in estimating repairs
• Utilize Mitchell 1 Shop Management, Identifix, IATN, OE websites and other online services to support your work
• Assist in updating digital repair order status

Qualifications:

• 5-20+ years of auto repair experience
• ASE Certification preferred
• Own mechanic tool set
• 2-year technical degree OR high school diploma with several years experience
