What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to concerns, asking the right questions, and building genuine rapport
• Schedule service appointments efficiently and manage work orders from start to finish
• Clearly explain service recommendations, repair options, and transparent pricing to help customers make informed decisions
• Leverage your automotive knowledge to guide customers on essential repairs, maintenance, and preventive care
• Partner closely with our talented service team to ensure timely, high-quality work and smooth operations
• Keep detailed, accurate records of customer interactions, estimates, and transactions

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in automotive service, repair, or as a service writer/advisor (highly preferred)
• Solid understanding of general automotive repairs, maintenance, and common vehicle issues
• Outstanding customer service skills with a natural ability to connect with people and handle concerns professionally
• Proven experience writing accurate estimates, managing appointments, and coordinating service workflows
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to keep everything running smoothly
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for the automotive world
