Silverdale Autoworks is a high-producing independent European-focused repair shop in Silverdale, WA. We have built that reputation by doing the right thing, taking care of our people, and holding a higher standard than anyone else in this business. Our shop serves some of the best communities in Kitsap County and beyond, clients who expect the best and pay for it. From our beautifully decorated, dealership-level customer space to lean, fast-moving service operations, we're staffed by disciplined, high-level producers who take pride in clean work, flawless execution, and accountability. We are looking for true Master level European, Asian & Domestic Auto Technicians, or someone clearly on their way there.

Simply put, I have been exactly where you are right now, cranking away in the bays. I built our shop to do it the right way. No red tape BS from warranty admins, no clueless service managers trying to do your job for you. We have created a collaborative environment where the technicians are in control of their own destiny and of how things flow through the shop. My goal is to give my team the flexibility to maximize their creativity in solving our customers’ problems.

You will have many factory and aftermarket scan tools, all the special tools, and every piece of equipment you need to do the job right. Our facility is heated, spotless, and built by technicians, for technicians.

• $75 to $140k yearly potential with our individual & team production bonuses
