What You’ll Be Doing
Perform full diagnostics and advanced mechanical repairs on muscle cars and custom builds
Fabricate and weld custom components for fit, function, and form
Lead projects from tear-down through delivery, managing workflow and deadlines
Collaborate with team members and update clients on progress
Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 techs, sharing knowledge and fostering skill development
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
Qualitifications:
High school diploma required; associate’s degree in automotive technology preferred
10–15 years of hands-on experience in high-performance or restoration environments
Mastery of diagnostics, welding, fabrication, and drivetrain systems
Ability to manage complex custom projects independently
Deep knowledge of aftermarket parts, upgrades, and chassis tuning
Excellent communication and documentation skills
