Responsibilities and Duties:
The Service Advisor is directly responsible for professionally greeting service customers, initiating a repair order that addresses the customer’s concerns, promoting the sale of service items needed for repairs or maintenance, and meeting customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Minimum one year of retail automotive service experience
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to explain and sell needed services with honesty and integrity
• Good computer skills
• Professional personal appearance
