Body Shop Manager - Franchised Dealership in the Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky area is looking for an Body Shop Manager. Individuals must be energetic, have a get-it-done attitude, and have a professional relationship with insurance carriers.

Essential Duties

·         Crafts realistic goals and objectives for the department.

·         Creates an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty.

·         Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.

·         Works well with Insurance Carriers

·         Attracts, develops, and retains the best talent for the store.

·         Strives for harmony and teamwork within and with all other departments.

·         Daily technician production meeting.

·         Other task as assigned.
