What You’ll Be Doing
Quickly qualify incoming leads and respond with professionalism and enthusiasm
Research and recommend engine packages, EFI systems, drivetrain, and bolt-ons based on customer goals
Provide clear, detailed quotes and documentation, and follow up consistently
Build lasting relationships with both walk-in clients and national online buyers
Use CRM tools to manage tasks, track communication, and forecast opportunities
Provide input to marketing and leadership teams about trends and customer behavior
Help ensure a smooth hand-off to fulfillment, technical support, and shipping
Represent the Prestige brand with integrity, energy, and product confidence
What You Bring to the Table
Experience in sales, with a proven record of qualifying leads and closing deals
Passion for the performance of automotive aftermarket and technical comfort with engine platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, shop-floor-connected environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills (phone, email, quotes, CRM)
Proficiency with CRMs, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and quoting tools
Familiarity with American muscle engine platforms, aftermarket components, and performance goals
Qualitifications:
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
2+ years of experience in automotive sales or the aftermarket performance industry
Background in parts consulting, inside sales, or technical customer service is a major plus
